A newly decorated, bright double room on a quiet residential street with plenty of storage. Available immediately!

Victorian maisonette with new kitchen and bathroom, and separate dining room. The property also has a private garden, which is currently being renovated.

The property is situated on a quiet and friendly residential street (we even have a street WhatsApp Group!), but remains within walking distance of all necessary amenities. Catford high street is 10mins walk. Train stations are 10-15mins walk.

Transport

Catford and Catford Bridge stations are approximately a 10-15 minute walk away (depending on how quick you walk!)

From Catford Bridge there are trains to London Bridge (11mins), Waterloo East (17mins), Cannon Street (20mins), Charing Cross (21mins).

From Catford there are trains to Elephant and Castle (19mins), Blackfriars (24mins), City Thameslink (26mins), Farringdon (28mins), St Pancras International (33mins)

There are also numerous buses from Catford town centre to south and east London.

Amenities

The house is a 2minute walk from a small local supermarket, cafes and take-outs, as well as Mountfield Park. Catford high street is a 10minute walk and has all the necessary amenities including supermarkets, banks, pubs, a cinema, gym, yoga studio etc.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and friendly person who is looking for a Monday-Friday let. Please be aware that it is a non-smoking house.
Please note that you will need to provide a deposit and one month’s rent in advance. Employment and landlord references are also required.
