Our garden is huge and also has a hot tub which you would be able to use.

The house is within close proximity of Bellingham Station (7 mins walk) Hither Green Station (10-15 minutes walk), and also to both Catford & Catford Bridge Stations (15 minutes walk). The above going into London Bridge in around 10 minutes, Charing Cross in around 20 minutes (from Hither Green Station), and Victoria in about 35 minutes (from Catford Stations).

You would be living with a gay male married couple who have two small dogs (Lola, a Jack Russell, and Ted who is a cross Chihuahua/Yorkshire Terrier) - who are lovely but lively and very friendly. So you must be a dog lover for this to work. Both professional , one working in advertising/press, and the other in events and hospitality industry.

The property also benefits from Internet and a Freeview flat screen TV with Netflix etc... in the bedroom. Along with free parking space on driveway if you are a driver!
