I’m looking for someone to rent my room up until December 2024.

I’m saving up for my husbands spousal visa so moving in with my parents for a few months.
Hoping someone who needs somewhere to stay for a short while would be happy to sublet my room
It’s a 2 bedroom
Property with a garden and the other housemate is a young professional working in healthcare late twenties, it’s a very quiet household she is extremely clean and tidy.

5-10 min walk from Catford & Catford Bridge Stations running trains every 30mins which take 12 Mins to get into London Bridge

15 Min walk from Honor Oak Station with trains running 9 mins to London Bridge and frequent London Overground Trains towards Highbury / West Croydon.

There’s is also a 185/171 Bus stop 2 mins walk away. And no parking restrictions

Double room with Double Bed, large wardrobe - Room complete with USB sockets.

£625 per calendar month, gas and electric is pay as you go and you will have to split this with the other housemate

I have an induction hob so your pots will have to be able to be used on induction however you are welcome to use what’s here .
