If you drive there's off street parking right in front of the house.
It's a relaxing household ideal for people who like their privacy, there's no use of living room so the kitchen is the only sharing and meeting space. There is a soundproof studio, so it’s musician friendly.
Both students and professionals are welcome, as long as they can afford regular monthly payments of rent.
There are 2 Bathrooms in the house.
Also each occupant can have her central heating schedule personalized plus Alexa voice command to boost heating.
