A wonderful double room in our lovely home in Catford is available from the mid January.

The house is situated 5 minutes walk from Catford Bridge and Catford stations. Located in a lucious green area, with the house backing on to the Waterlink Way. Surrounded by trees and nature, the house is quiet and peaceful.

Catford town centre is a 10 minute walk away, with supermarkets, theatre, pharmacy, gym, bars and restaurants and much more. You'll find regular busses across London, and both Thameslink and South Eastern trains accessible from the stations. There is also ample free parking right outside the house.

The bedroom has recently been decorated. There is inbuilt storage, a double bed, arm chair and desk all provided. The window opens out on to the quiet road outside. The bathroom is also newly decorated with a bath and shower.

Downstairs you'll find a well equipped kitchen, with new appliances and a fresh lick of paint. Cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle toaster and coffee machine are all provided.

To the rear of the property is the open plan living/dining room with a large full height window and door that leads you out in to the garden, perfect for a break in your day, or place to sit and read. The living room has a number of comfortable seats for relaxing, and the dining area can happily accommodate 6 people.

We are an architect and doctor, working in central London. From time to time we work remotely, but tend to be home in evenings and weekends. We love the outdoors, cooking lovely food, and travelling. We are looking for a like minded house mate to share our beautiful home with.

Rent is £950 including bills. The deposit, £950, will be required before moving in, and will be placed in a secure deposit scheme until the end of the tenancy. The room is available from mid January, but we are flexible with an exact move in date. We are open to any length of contract, and happy to discuss in more details with you. The room is also available for a Monday to Friday let.
