Me and my flatmate moved in August 17th 2023. Our lease is for two years but we want to move out by August 17th 2024. I'm moving back into my parents and my flatmate will be looking for a new flat and flatmate (pm for email). This will be a replacement tenancy so you take over our lease. You could move in earlier, depends on when my flatmate sorts his new place! If you wanted to leave sooner than a year you could probably also do what we are doing and find replacements.
My bedroom is the pictured living room, it comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws. My flatmates room is the one down the 4 steps, it comes with the same furniture. The small room we use as the living room which would be empty. All rooms come with the blue curtains. Kitchen has all appliances needed.
The flat building shares neighbours bellow and above, they are both nice! Quiet street. Working buzzers from outside door. Two flights of stairs up inside.
Landlord is nice and has fixed anything needed very quickly.
