2 rooms in veggie queer wholesome fun safe space

Two rooms available in veggie/vegan queer house in Catford. About the house: This is a 3 storey semi-detached house on a quiet street in Catford Close to Blythe Hill Fields, waterlink way and hilly fields. It is about an 8 minute walk to Catford and Catford Bridge stations and a 3 minute walk to the 185/171 bus. The kitchen has two ovens and two fridge/freezers. The house is painted white with laminate floors throughout except from the carpeted stairs. There is a small back garden and a driveway out the front which is currently occupied by one of our cars. There are three shower rooms, one on each floor. There is a communal lounge area with sofa and dining table. There are 2 rooms available. Room one £550pcm is on the first floor and is 3.21x2.80 m this room is currently unfurnished. Room two £510pcm is on the first floor and is 3.20x2.10 m. Bills are split equally and come to roughly 100 pcm depending on the weather and how much gas we use.

About us: Jade (f33) I work as an art facilitator and like sewing and punk. Eva (f40) tattooist and musician. Josh(m31) & Hannah (f30) absoloute slays .We are friends and hang out together sometimes to have dinner or chill. This isn't a party house but equally we aren't boring!

About you: We are ideally looking for someone above late twenties/over 30 to match the ages of people already living here, for the same reason we would like the person to be queer and veggie or vegan. There are trans people living here so you must be respectful of that. We keep the house clean and use a rota we will expect everyone to contribute to, no dishes in the sink! It's a full house and we need everyone to be respectful of communal areas. Must be working to pass the reference checks, there are already two people on benefits in the house and one self employed so the agency likely won't allow someone unless they are working. Ideally we would like to live with people who are creative and align with our political views, no tories, no cops, no terfs, no zionists etc.
