✨ About the room & flat:

Bright and cosy double bedroom with plenty of storage. The room will include a new double bed + mattress (in very good conditions), I also have a chest of drawers if you need it (from IKEA - very good condition), with enough storage around the flat if you need extra space.

Cosy and spacious 2-bedroom flat with a big, comfy living room (there’s even a sofa bed!) and a third room I use as a little studio since I work from home on Fridays. You’re welcome to set up your desk there or use it however you like. The floor in the flat is new as the floor in the toilet. ✨

The kitchen is bright and welcoming, with plenty of space and storage just for you. Plus, it has a lovely view of the private communal garden. (washing machine, microwave, air fryer, cooker, fridge and freezer).

Peaceful, quiet neighbourhood with a very friendly atmosphere.

Free on-street parking.

A beautiful park only 6 minutes’ walk away – great for walks, runs, or just soaking up nature.

🚆 Transport links:

Grove Park Station – 12 minutes on foot
(great for commuting).

Bus stop – just 2 minutes’ walk.

I’m originally from Ecuador and have been living in London for 15 years. I’m very open-minded, polite and respectful – always trying to bring good energy to the home. I love dancing and singing around the house (don’t worry, not too loudly 😅), cooking, photography, and going on long walks. I’m also a graphic designer, so creativity is a big part of my life.
