You'll be surrounded by 5 different parks; Mountsfield Park, Ladywell Fields, Hilly Fields (taking you to Brockley), Blythe Hill (taking you towards Forest Hill) and Waterlink Park (taking you towards Sydenham). And your walks will be picturesque as most of the parks enjoy beautiful views over various areas of London.

It's an 8min walk to Catford Bridge and Catford train stations, 18min walk to Hither Green station, 23min walk (or 8min bus ride) to Lewisham train and DLR station and 35min walk to Forest Hill (for train and overground). This means you can get with a 10min train ride to London Bridge and Bromley, 18min to Cannon Street, Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, 20min to Charing Cross and Blackfriars, 30min to Canary Wharf and 45min to Stratford. You've got 3 different train lines to choose from (Southeastern and Thameslink as well as DLR and Overground) so in case of any line closures or strikes, you'll never be stuck at home. It's also a 20min walk to Lewisham Shopping Centre which boasts a daily farmers market and shops like Primark, TK Maxx, H&M, etc.
Are you a night owl? You can get night buses to Victoria and Shoreditch/London bridge and be home within 50min. There's a bus stop just a minute away from the building.
Are you a cyclist? It's 30min cycling to London Bridge and 50min to Kings Cross (depending on your level). There's also a bike rack inside the building so your bike will be protected.

When it comes to shopping, you've got a variety of options. Aldi is 4min walk (literally around the corner), Lidl is 8min walk, Tesco superstore is 5min walk (inside the Catford Shopping Centre), Tesco Express is 5min and 8min for Sainsbury's Local. Poundland is just across the road. There's also a 24/7 off-license right outside the building and many international shops. In a 20min walk (or 5min bus ride), you can also be in the Lewisham Shopping Centre.

There's also a CrossFit gym outside the building, a Yoga House 4min walk and an Pure Gym 1min walk just across the road.

There are plenty of dining options also in the neighbourhood, the Factory (Mediterranean) just around the corner, La Pizzeria Italiana 3min walk, an authentic Japanese 5min walk, a Vietnamese too. The Ninth for drinks and events. A Kaspas just by the side of the building and Nando’s is just across the road as well.

The flat is so convenient to live for specially busy professionals and students who don’t have cars and don’t have much time for groceries and shopping.
