Cosy room in creative houseshare

We've got a room available to rent in our creative Ladywell/Catford houseshare 🥳 Move-in date is 26 April, room is unfurnished, rent is £585 per month all bills included, and deposit is one month's rent.

You'll be sharing the house with 3 men in our mid-20s to early 30s - Charles, PJ and Zaf. We're friendly, laid back, and reasonably clean and tidy.

For work, Charles makes pastries, PJ runs events and Zaf edits speeches. We all make music (indie/electronic/classical), listen to all sorts, and often go to the local open mic at the Ladywell Tavern. We also do wholesome crafts, go to art galleries etc. We like a party every now and then, and we've got loads of communal space (huge living room and kitchen/diner) and a lovely garden with a pizza oven and fire pit.

Info on the location:

🚂 Nearest stations are Catford/Catford Bridge and Ladywell (all 10-15 mins walk) and Hither Green (20-25 mins). Ladywell train gets you to London Bridge in 10 mins. Most of South London is within 30 mins bike ride too (Deptford, Greenwich, Brixton, Crystal Palace, Peckham etc)

🏪 We're very close to an Aldi, 10 mins from a big Tesco and 30 mins from Lewisham shopping centre, and there are nice independent shops/pubs nearby too

🌳 Loads of green spaces nearby - Ladywell Fields (we're right next door!), Hilly Fields, Mountsfield Park, Blythe Hill Fields. Also the River Pool takes you down to Beckenham Place Park, which has woods and a swimming lake

🐈 We have a cat called Nala - he's curious and likes exploring/sleeping in our rooms but is reasonably good with boundaries!
