It is a 4bedroom flat with one available for one person, female preferred.

It is a spacious double bedroom single occupancy furnished with wardrobe, desk/chest or drawer, 1 chest of drawers, 1 shoes cabinet, bedside table, shelves & Wifi broadband. The flat comprises with a shower room, open plan kitchen/dining/TV/sitting area w/appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, oven & microwave. There is also a little leafy garden, great during summer.

You will be sharing the flat with two adult females (One moving in in October), down to earth professionals/master students, and a quiet 18yo, full-time student.

We also have 2 lovely cats.

The ideal flatmate/lodger would be a professional or highly motivated student, that wouldn't mind to have the flat quite quiet most of the time, but also would enjoy a glass of wine from time to time and spend some quality time during the summer in the little garden with special friends for a BBQ (even a mix veg one).
