We’re looking for a friendly, respectful new housemate to join our relaxed and tidy flat. Someone in full-time employment, as required by the landlord.

📍 Location
The flat is perfectly situated between Chalk Farm and Kentish Town, with Gospel Oak, Camden Town, Hampstead Heath, and the Royal Free Hospital all within walking distance. Excellent transport links and a peaceful neighbourhood make this a fantastic spot.

🛏️ The Room
The bedroom is a small double - clean, bright, and newly updated with:
• Brand new carpet
• Double bed frame + brand new mattress
• New wardrobe, desk, and shelving unit

🏠 The Flat
• Spacious lounge/dining room
• Separate eat-in kitchen (newly redone with modern appliances)
• Utility area with washer and dryer
• Shared bathroom (only with one other person)

👫 Who You’ll Be Living With
Mary (English) and Lorena (Spanish) – easygoing, tidy, and respectful. We enjoy occasional chats but also have our own lives. We’re looking for someone similar – clean, courteous, and independent.

💷 Costs
• Rent: £617/month
• Bills: Approx £200/month (includes Council Tax, Wi-Fi, Water, Gas & Electric) - Everything has incresaed recently due to the new tax year and we don't have an exact figure yet - we are hoping that it will be less than this, but energy price have gone wild.
• Deposit: £600 (secured in a deposit protection scheme)
• Rent due: 7th of each month
