The Flat is located between Chalk Farm and Kentish Town and about 15 minutes walking distance from Camden Town and Hampstead Heath, with great local transport links.

It’s a relaxed, quiet and reasonably tidy flat.
Rooms include:
A separate eat-in kitchen - which was recently redone with new appliances…
Large lounge/dining room.
Utility area with a washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom (bath and shower) is shared with only one other person.

The bedroom comes with a double bed frame, new mattress, wardrobe and slim shelving unit. The room was also repainted last year.

Sharing with Mary (English) and Diego (Argentinian) who are easygoing, considerate and clean. Whilst we are sociable, we have separate interests and lives, and are looking for someone with a similar respectful attitude to flat-sharing.
