Short: 3 Months Summer Sublet

I am subleting my apartment while I am away. It is available from June 10 until September 7 or so. If you want to live alone during the summer or if you are visiting London during this time, this is a great opportunity. Suitable for a single person or a couple. I set the rate lower than the market rate but I am looking for someone reliable and can take care of the apartment while I am away, not a party person!

The apartment has everything from washing machine, microwave, oven, electric cooker, table wares and dishes etc. You will also have internet already. You don't have to have anything but your clothes to spend time here. It is a well-maintained apartment, centrally located: a short walk from Chalk farm station or 10 min walk to camden market or 20 min walk to Primrose Hill. On top of the rent, you will pay the fixed amount of fees and electricity and gas, based on your usage. The fixed amount is around £197 (council tax 137, water 47, internet 13). So the final monthly cost is around £1197 plus electicity and gas based on your usage. Usally both are around £60 during the summer, so you will be seeing around £1260 including everything.

The security deposit will be returned at the end of the sublet.

The apartment has a bedroom with super king bed, and living room with a sofabed, a computer table, a separate kitchen and a nice bathroom with bathtub. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email me.
