Lovely double room in Chalk Farm

Hi! I am looking for a female student to take over my contract at a really lovely 3 bedroom flat in Chalk Farm starting as soon as possible (the original contract is until Sept ’24, but the landlord would be happy for you to stay on for the next contract year too). You will be living with two other female flatmates — one is a LSE masters student and the other a young UCL graduate. The room has lots of natural light and is in a very convenient location — 5 min to Chalk Farm station and 15 min walk to Primrose Hill. This room would be 888£pm (most bills such as hot water and gas are included; but otherwise are an extra ~50£ a month)! There is a lovely living room with bay windows and lots of light with a TV and a bike shed for the flat too (fits 3 bikes). Lots of storage space too! Bus links include 24 and 1; 35 min walk to the UCL central campus. Is less than 10 min walk to Camden Market so lots of cute coffee shops and bakeries nearby! Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons all within 10 min walk. Within a gated community so is very safe at night. Must be a student unfortunately as we are looking for someone who is council tax exempt. The landlord is really really lovely and is very accommodating. I am only moving out because my course is providing me with accommodation -- the flatmates are really lovely and it's a cute place!
