Short-Term Let (May 1st) – All Bills In – £990

Hey! I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my spacious room as I am leaving London at the end of April. I am looking for someone who can move in for the remainder of the tenancy (until the end of August).

Room:

- double bed and furnished: £990 (bills and council tax included)
- A lot of closet space and space to WFH comfortably.
- 5 min walk to Chalk Farm station (Northern line), 10 min walk to Primrose Hill and 15 min to Regents Park. 15 min walk to Kentish Town West (Overground).

Flat amenities

- one bathroom with shower/bath and one toilet, washing machine, shared kitchen, garden (great for bike parking and barbecues once it gets warmer).

About us:

- Your flatmates would be three wonderful guys - an engineer and two master's students (an architect and a security studies student). They have been living together for a few years and are a very welcoming bunch. Everyone’s very autonomous and tidy, so you will settle right in.

We're looking for someone….

- Mid/ late 20s onwards.
- Ideally, young professional.
- Someone sociable who also likes doing their own thing.
- Clean and kind.

Willing to negotiate the deposit for the right person, since I’d love to get it sorted this week
