Room at Rhyl Street, Chalk Farm

A single room in a friendly three-person house share, located on Rhyl Street, Chalk Farm (NW5) — just a short walk from Kentish Town, Camden, Primrose Hill and Gospel Oak/Hampstead Heath.

We are looking for a housemate. We’re hoping for someone who’s willing to become friends (we like to chat, play board games and go to the gym together), and who wants to make a home, not just accommodation.

Boris is a pupil barrister, and Christopher is a robotics engineer - we’re relatively busy during the week but still find time to catch up and exercise. I’m really into climbing and losing at chess, and Boris likes cycling, playing badminton and winning at chess.

Our flat is pretty conveniently located, within a few minutes’ walk of two northern line stations (Kentish Town and Chalk Farm), and a Mildmay line station (Kentish Town West). There are also good bus routes into the city, from a stop a hundred metres away. As a bonus, there’s also an Aldi, again a short walk away. Camden Town is nice on the weekends, and we are within 10 mins walk of Primrose Hill.

It is a joint lease with a deposit of £1000.
