Cute room in Chalk Farm, available asap!

Our flatmate is sadly leaving this lovely flat at the end of Feb and we’re looking for someone to take her spot. We are looking for another gal in their mid 20s-early 30s who wants to make the house their home.

About the flat: it’s a medium room in a 2nd floor flat (no2 in floor plan) based just 7 mins walk from Chalk Farm station & 15 mins walk to Primrose Hill! The flat has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a balcony. A shower/bathroom and separate loo. The room comes a built in wardrobe, a double or single bed, desk and bedside drawers. It’s on a quiet neighborhood street, with a green space across the road and great amenities close by. £833 pcm before bills. Council band C.

A little about the housemates and what we’re are looking for:
Ruth (26): works in market research; an avid netball player and always down for some healthy brain-rotting via a good reality tv binge
Abbi (30): works as a solicitor; runs on coffee and always up for a Gilmore Girls marathon or a debate about Taylor Swift’s best song.

We try to keep the house clean, & looking for a gal who shares the same passion for tidy, aesthetic common areas. We really appreciate a flat culture of clear and honest communication, mutual respect and consideration, and a flat hang over a glass of wine or a movie once in a while!
