Double room in maisonette in Chalk Farm

Room 1 is on the 1st floor of the house and faces west. One of the best thing about it is that it gets so much light. Also, it has so much storage: wardrobe is massive and there is storage under the bed (doublesized). It's super cozy and I've loved coming home to it at the end of day.

Room 2, also on 1st floor, has views on the garden. It is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The flat is a three bed maisonette with common areas all downstairs including a huge living room, dining space, kitchen and private garden in back. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In terms of area the house is on a quiet residential street, with Hampstead Heath 10min away. What I also found very handy is that there is a massive gym (run by Better) 7min from the house which features an amazing pool.

Heating is included in the rent. You'll never be cold! Bills (water, electricity, Internet, council tax) come to about £110 a month. There is no deposit and we communicate directly with the landlord, who is very responsive and easygoing.

You'd be living with Sorcha (26); our other housemate Katherine is moving out in May. Sorcha works in conservation and love all things creative. We're hoping to find someone that is friendly, clean and easygoing. Office or hybrid worker preferred.
