2 Double Rooms available for rent.

I hope you are well! I have two double rooms available in a 3-bedroom maisonette in Camden (NW5 4PH), one from the 1st of April and one from the 1st of May. Also, no deposit required.

About the House
The flat is bright and cosy, with a spacious living room that opens onto a private patio garden (big win in London), a fully equipped kitchen with a little dining area, and overall just a really easy space to live in. Although we like to celebrate our birthdays and special dates properly, it is not a party house, more of a calm, homely vibe where you can switch off.

Location
Location-wise, it is super well connected. Chalk Farm and Kentish Town, Gospel Oak Overground are all about a 10-minute walk, and Camden Town around 15 minutes. You can get to Tottenham Court Road in about 10 minutes, King’s Cross in around 10, and Bank in about 15. There are also loads of buses nearby and Hampstead Heath is within walking distance!!

About me
Hola, I am a personal trainer, pretty active, friendly and a bit bubbly. I love the gym (obviously), love chilling, reading, watching documentaries, dancing, boxing, philosophy, and also just banter and having a laugh.

About you

I would love to find like-minded professionals who are on that same wavelength. The house is very much neurospicy-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly, so I am looking for people who get that. 😊

What I am really looking for is not just people to share a flat with, but people to actually live together with. It’ll be our home where we can enjoy our privacy while being friendly, share the odd meal, and just have a nice energy in the space.
