Hello!

I'm looking for a female flatmate to move into a big, modern, furnished room in a lovely 2 bed/2 bath split-level flat in a converted pub in Chalk Farm from October.

This would suit a professional looking to have plenty of their own space while sharing with one other female in a lovely location.

The room is a huge double bedroom with super-king sized bed, 2 double wardrobes with full length mirrors and lots of drawers. There's also currently a desk in there which will be going with the current flatmate but you can easily fit your own in.

You'd have the main bathroom almost completely to yourself as I have an ensuite which I use nearly all of the time, apart from the very occasional bath.

The flat is bright and spacious on two floors with the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs and upstairs is a shared light, bright living & kitchen space. We have our own street entrance so it feels pretty self-contained.

All bills & wifi are included in the price.

The location is excellent - it's safe, central, residential and close to everything. 10 minutes stroll to Primrose Hill or Hampstead Heath or same to Camden & Kentish Town. We have shops, cafe's, gyms, pools, yoga studios, farmers markets, cinemas and loads of great bars and restaurants and everything else you might need all around.

Excellent transport links - tube (N Line), overground and bus are all within 5 minutes from front door. You can walk directly to Kings X, Oxford Circus, Soho etc easily.

About me I'm Irish, easy to get along with, independent and generally pretty content. I run my own coaching and consulting business and work from home most of the time. Having a peaceful, calm and happy home for us both is massively important to me so I’m more concerned about getting the right person than filling it with just anyone.

As a housemate I'm clean and tidy, warm and friendly yet respectful of personal space and I rarely have people over when my flatmate is here. My party days are long gone so you won't be kept awake at night with all night house-parties. I promise to do my fair share of chores, not to "borrow" your clothes, steal your food from the fridge, use your room when you're not around and have people over when all you want to do is collapse on the sofa after a long day - in return I ask basically the same stuff back.

I'd love to share with a similar female and someone who's got their own thing going on but is equally happy to chat, chill, and hang out occasionally. If you're a vegetarian too or happy being veggie at home that's amazing! I've zero issues with other people eating meat however prefer not to have it in the house.

Definitely no couples and females only, sorry.
