Currently work from home about once per week but also work long hrs. so out most of the working week

Looking for a friendly, considerate housemate with understanding of living in shared space
Current tenant happy to be ‘lead tenant’ and communicate with landlady
Street parking with Greenwich parking council permit
Friendly couple (handyman skills) live in ground floor flat below
Walking to Charlton village, Charlton house and park etc.
