Small single room available in Charlton

We are a friendly European group (Spanish and Czech mix), 3 girls and 1 guy, looking for another house mate.
Small single room, big kitchen, living room, garden.
It would be ideal for someone who is looking for a place to sleepover but is otherwise quite busy at work & elsewhere. The room is quite small but the price is great for this area.
It would also work if you are looking for a accomodation for weekdays only. But that is not required as the room is available full time.
Location - Charlton station about 10 mins walk. North Greenwich tube station about 10 mins drive/bus ride. Bus stops are 2 to 5 mins walk away.
Mostly quiet days & nights. We however enjoy some social time together, wine, gin, cooking.
We all like going for trips outside of London, seasides, beach trip and more UK locations, traveling abroad as well, tennis, gym, walks to the park, movie nights.
We have two additional house mates - our dog and a cat so ideally you would be an animal lover.
We are also looking for someone very clean and tidy.
