We have the master bedroom to rent in our four storey, Royal Borough townhouse! We’ve made this home our sanctuary and we’d love to find a new tenant who will fit in with us comfortably.

The house itself is stunning - based on a quiet side road nestled between Chelsea and Redcliffe. The views from the back of the house are beautiful, as you can see, and we have a huge amount of space here.

There is a fully fitted kitchen (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven), which leads out onto a small terrace and down onto our charming, private garden at the back of the house. We have two full bathrooms and one toilet room, so the good news is no morning clashes for work!

We have two balconies overlooking the garden and the cheerful greenery, and a very spacious dedicated living and dining area on the first floor. It’s lovely and bright in Summer and cosy in the Winter when you need to curl up with Netflix and a hot cup of tea.

The master bedroom is enormous - about 25m2 - with two large sash windows letting in plenty of light in the day, with blackout blinds for at night. The room also has fitted wardrobes with a huge amount of storage space. Situated next to the room is the master bathroom, which is used by only one other person for showering in the evening.

This house could be your own private space away from all the hustle and bustle of London living, while still being central and very well connected (Piccadilly/District/Overground all within a 10-12min walk).

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is quiet and respectful who wants to really make this house their home too. We’re very fond of quiet nights in, cooking and baking and enjoying the peacefulness our home has to offer. We aren’t a party house at all, so this is really a place for respectable professionals to wind down.
