The room is big and newly decorated. There is no living room, however, you could use my room when I’m not around. I am staying in Brighton most of the time so I wouldn't be staying in the flat much. I'm a professional in my 30s working in children’s media. My hobbies include reading, hiking, getting outdoors, sports, theatre and the arts.
The room is available immediately. Service Charge is included in the bills (there's a porter in the building) but the other bills would be shared. The Council Tax is Band E.
