I'm am looking for someone is going to take my room and place in a lovely flat just off the kings road, chelsea.
The flat will be furnished and has in the room built in storage for yourself privately, and communal cupboards and drawers for anything extra you might have.
The room comes with your own bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with shower/bath facilities and again with built in storage units on the wall.
We have a shared living room that is used for between the current flat mates to eat, socialise and watch TV through the week. Everyone lives fairly busy lives so sometimes the flat is quiet and nice to relax and have time to yourself.
Weekends can be a mixed bag from quiet to hosting friends for food or drinks, this flat is brilliant at accommodating this. Just be respectful just the other flat mates and our neighbours.
The kitchen is a good size, the cooker and extractor unit, I use the most of the existing tenants currently as I enjoy cooking. There is a small balcony out the kitchen which isn't perfect, but nice to have a little outdoor space.
The flat is currently kept clean, tidy and calm this must continue on.
