The flat is on raised ground floor and there is another flat below and one on top of it.

The flat is very homy and cosy. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard and all features are new. It is very clean.
The living/dining area is beautifully lit with natural light from the period bay windows and the flat features high ceilings.

Utility bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet/wifi are included in the rent.

The rent is payable in full on the first day of every calendar month.

The flat will be shared with one existing professional only.

Please note that there no agency fees, however the Landlord may charge for his admin services of registering the new tenant to the contract, so any possible charges will need to be confirmed by the Landlord.

The deposit/bond money is in place to cover for any unpaid monthly rent and/or utility bills or for damages of the property inventory/missing inventory, as well as to for tenancy check out cleaning when moving out.

The area is very lively. Plenty of nice/posh bars, pubs around, as well as groceries stores, cinema, gym, etc.
All amenities are in close proximity.

Prefer a professional flatmate, tidy and organized, that will clean after-themselves and maintain a nice balanced harmony in the household.

The Deposit & First month rent is due on check in and should be paid on that day in full, unless agreed and paid before.
