Room to rent in a beautiful home in Chelsea

MOVE IN 14th OCTOBER

We have recently purchased a beautiful four-bedroom house in Chelsea and are looking for someone to move into one of the bedrooms. Currently, both myself (24 years old) and my brother (28 years old) live in the house and are both working professionals. We are looking for someone in their 20's who's a working professional or a postgrad student. The room currently has a single bed in it and a double wardrobe. You could fit a double bed in the room however this would give you less space. We don't mind removing the single bed however you would have to provide a double bed. The house features a large kitchen and living space area as well as a roof terrace and garden. We currently are offering a rental contract for just 6-months, with the potential to extend the contract.

There are lots of bars, restaurants, cafés around with a wide array of transport links. The house is approx. a 3-minute walk from the Kings Road.

The only thing we ask is that you are clean and tidy. We are both social individuals who have lived and studied in London since we were 16. Any questions please let me know and if you would like to view the flat I am around at the weekends or in the evenings after 6 pm.
