The flat is quietly positioned on a sought after side street in Chelsea with east to west facing aspects.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine. Other features such as ring video doorbell with security camera and heater to adjust temperature are installed.

There are two other rooms in the flat occupied by two female professionals. They are very friendly, tidy, clean and sociable but respect each other’s private space.

The room is already available but needs to be rented out no later than 1st September.
