Flatmate sought to share a fabulous third-floor Chelsea flat in fantastic location near the river (close to Albert Bridge).

- BILLS included apart from gas/electricity (about £30-35 pcm in total in summer, and £55-65 in winter).
- double bedroom overlooks extensive, leafy gardens out the back (with access possible) and gets very good light; queen-sized bed, one built-in wardrobe, good drawer space and a big mirror as well as a desktop (ideal to work on with a laptop computer)
- bathroom has both shower and bath.
- open-plan lounge and kitchen area tastefully furnished with big L-shaped sof
- all mod cons including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier.

LOCATION:
-excellent transport links with both South Kensington and Sloane Square tube stations just over 10 minutes walk away. Good bus network, with stops in nearby Kings Road and Chelsea Embankment. From the stop by the river - a minute's walk away - the number 170 goes to Victoria (or the other way to Clapham). River ferries operate from Cadogan Pier, which is 100m from flat, to Blackfriars & Canary Wharf (great for anyone working in the City).

SUPERMARKETS: both Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are 5 minutes walk away in Kings Road. So too are several pubs.
