Private mews- Bedroom & Office in Chelsea w garden

Private mews in the southern part of Chelsea. 10 min walk to Slone Square and 5 min walk to Kings Road. This is a 4br home that was occupied by myself and my girlfriend. We are unfortunately splitting up and I would like a roommate to move in as I don't need this much space to myself. We had this house laid out as 2 offices, a guest room, and a master room, which means the you can have an office and the guest room as your own. The flat came unfurnished, but we furnished it nicely (new Loaf couch, Andrew Martin tables etc.). Happy to sell off some things if you have your own.

The mews is in a private gated area and has a backyard, garage (which is empty if you have a car), and balcony off each of the bedrooms. AC in both bedrooms as well. In addition, I have access to Burton Court, which is a private park 5 min walk away with tennis courts.
