Lovely spacious room in Chelsea

Hello.

I am a PR professional looking for a new flatmate. I would love to have a like minded, professional, clean, quiet and friendly flatmate. This is no party place. We would have a dinner with friends for a weekend time to time but always respect each others space and being mindful about not making any noise especially during week.

The flat is in a great Chelsea location 10-15 min walk from
- Earl's Court station (District, Piccadilly line...)
- Fulham Broadway station (District line)
- Imperial Wharf (Overground)

1-3 minutes away from buses heading to Kensington, Notting Hill, South Kensington, Hammersmith, Putney...etc

Expenses are approximately 100 per a month. And then every couple of months the electricity and gas bill.

The room is partly furnished. Mattress is included in the room, but the bed frame not. You can buy bed frame for a very good price from my current flatmate.

I also have a cat so you need to like cats and not be allergic to them. :)
