Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Lightfoot Hall student accommodation in Chelsea
I will be moving out late May/early June, and the lease is until September 7th 2024.

This Sapphire view Studio room is located on the 9th floor with stunning views overlooking London and the Kings Road. The studio is an en-suite, equipped with a 3/4 bed, closet, drawers, shelf, desk, chair, nightstand, mirror, radiator, under bed storage, night light and a large window. The studio also includes a small kitchen area with a fridge, hob, sink and fan. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink. The room also comes with a built in TV and wifi. There is a vending machine in the lobby with 24-7 security. The building is key-access only. All utility bills (water, electricity, wifi) are included in the cost of the studio.

There is also shared kitchen/living room which has 2 4-ring hobs, sinks, 2 built in ovens, plenty of shelf storage and a dining table. There is more information and photos on the accommodations website (Chelsea Lightfoot Hall at HomesforStudents).

The accommodation has a free study area, communal area and laundry room with plenty of washing machines and dryers.
It is located just off of the Kings Road and within a 5 minute walking distance is a Waitrose, and within a 10 minute walking distance is South Kensington tube station and Sloane Square tube station.
There is a bus stop right outside the accommodation and others all within a 5 minutes walking distance.

Ideally situated for Imperial College students, this accommodation is also home to other students from all other London universities.

If you are interested, please be aware I am NOT the owner of this property. I am the current tenant looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (from end of May/ beginning of June until 7th Sept). This accommodation is available for STUDENTS ONLY and you must have proof of student status.
