This is a lovely four-bedroomed flat on the quiet Ifield Road in Chelsea, just a 12-minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station (Piccadilly and District lines) and West Brompton Station (District and Overground). Plus, there are good bus lines just a minute on Fulham Road.

This room is on the ground floor and is bright, fully furnished with a double bed, underbed drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small desk. There are two bathrooms in the house, and you would be sharing one of them. The flat has a comfortable living/dining room, apart from a fully fitted kitchen. There is also small patio garden in the back.

The location is fantastic — just a quick walk from Fulham Road, King's Road, and Old Brompton Road for shops, cinemas, gyms, and all sorts of restaurants and bars. Huge open space two minutes away, the Brompton Cemetery, for running, picnics, and coffee shop.

You would be living with three other guys. We're all friendly, tidy, and respectful. And we're looking for a young professional to share the flat with us.

THE CONTRACT
The utility bills and Council Tax come to £120 a month, including everything — broadband, electricity, gas, water, and wastewater. A four-week rental deposit is required. Private landlord and no agency fees.
