This room is for single occupancy. It is located on a houseboat at the end of Cheyne Walk, located a few minutes from the Kings Road on its own pier. The houseboat is stylish and unique, with oak floors and is recently decorated, There is a generous living room and a large roof terrace with spectacular views up and down the river. The bedroom is airy, with port holes, uplighting and plenty of storage space. Council Tax Band C. A housekeeper visits weekly. It is located between Imperial Wharf, Earl’s Court, South Kensington or Sloane Square stations and is well served by several bus routes. Two other busy professionals will live on the houseboat. References will be required.

The room is bright and comfortable, with a wrought iron double bed, a wardrobe and drawers. The boat has central heating, a full kitchen, a washer/dryer, phone and excellent WiFi. There is also storage for boxes and suitcases.
