Quiet double bedroom in NW2

We are a Vietnamese-British/Swedish professional couple in our early thirties. We own a flat in NW2 and are looking for in a tenant to rent our spare double bedroom.

In terms of property, our flat has three bedrooms and one bathroom, and it is just the two of us living here (Council tax band D). The room is fully furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, a bookshelf, a desk with drawers and desk chair. There is also a built-in wardrobe with hangers and drawers. We have a communal yard/garden at the back of the building, and a small Co-op just down the road. Since this is our home, all usual amenities like washing machine, dishwasher, furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen etc. is readily available.

In terms of location, the closest tube stations are Golders Green (about 10-15 minutes’ walk, Northern Line), West Hampstead (Jubilee/Overground/Thameslink ) or Finchley Road (Jubilee/Met). We also have frequent 24-hour buses directly to central London. Ten minutes’ walk uphill from our building we have Hampstead Heath. Hampstead station (also Northern line) and beautiful Hampstead village is about 20-25 minutes’ walk away too.

We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respects personal space but also wouldn’t mind friendly chats or hanging out now and then. We do not have pets and do not smoke, and it is important to us that our tenant doesn’t smoke either because I have asthma.
