We have a lovely double bedroom available for rent from the end of March, in Child’s Hill / Hampstead (NW2). It’s located just off Finchley road and is a 10 minute walk to Golders Green Tube Station.

The flat has one main bathroom with a guest toilet too. It has recently been refurbished, and has built in appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine). There is a comfy living room for hosting friends & family with a door to the balcony which is nice to drink your morning coffee on ☕️☀️

The room itself has an ottoman double bed, a chest of drawers, a huge wardrobe and two bed side tables. There are also black out curtains which I installed to help you sleep better at night 💤

There is a Co-Op a few minutes walk away and a Sainsbury’s superstore 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of bus stops at the end of the road to get you to where you need to be. There is also parking out front at no extra cost and no permit required 🚗

Rent is £1080 pcm (excluding bills ~£150).

You’d be sharing with Justin - 28 y/o from Cape Town, and works as a Data Engineer in the City.
