We have a single room to let. Rent is fixed until January 2020.

PLEASE NOTE: This floor has all females, so we will ONLY let to a female. (There is one male on the ground floor which is almost a self-contained studio)

Single housemates share this quiet and spacious semi-detached house situated in a cul-de-sac behind Chingford golf range, surrounded by green fields.

Buses to Walthamstow Central just 1 minute away at the end of the road. Chingford Station 15 mins.

All bills are included, use the WiFi internet and watch and record cable TV. Off road car parking too. We pay for a cleaner for communal areas and a gardener for grass cutting, which will be included (but not part of your rent payment).

Recently added driveway to provide extra parking space, new fridges, repainted hall, stairs and landing, and new carpets in the lounge, hall and stairs.

Huge garden to chill out in with a friendly bunch of house mates, but please note this is a quiet house and is not suitable for house-party fans.
