The property is situated on Friday Hill in a elevated, quiet area, making it one of the best locations in the area. It is very close to the ancient forest, with the most picturesque walks or runs close to your doorstep.

It's hard to believe we are still in the London area with a short walk to Chingford Overland and short bus ride to other tube stations which include the Central Line.

It's a place you can workout with loads of gym equipment including, weights, Lifefitness cross trainer and bike if that suits you.

It could suit someone into fitness, someone who is happy to hang out and share a meal occasionally. Also, equally for someone who is happy to keep to themselves and use the space to relax or entertain your guests when you please.
