Near Morrisons and other amenities. Prefer female bec I have a young 13yrs old with me. The studio is fully private with uts own entrance but its on the side of the landlady house. Available to talk between 4pm onwards. Parking included. Black horse station is one bus away. You can easily get 158 bus at the end of the studio Rd which takes you to black horse Rd.. or take other buses straight to Walthamstow.
