I have a 4 bed room house which has recently been redecorated.

Short term stay available at a cost of £40 per night.

Garden room, bar, cinema room under construction.
There is a communal kitchen diner with a Sony Smart TV. Samsung American Fridge Freezer with filtered water and ice, Dish Washer, Samsung washing machine and coffee machine.

There is no smoking in the house, however there is a garden where you can smoke.

There is free parking on the road

Communal garden with sun loungers, chairs and a BBQ which you are free to use.

The upstairs bathroom will only be shared by a maximum of 2 females.

We are looking for someone who is respectful and sociable and of course enjoys the odd glass of wine.

The property is located in walking distance from a gym, swimming pool, forest, 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. 10 mins walk to Highams Park station with trains to Liverpool Street and Walthamstow Central Victoria line. In addition there are a lot of local amenities, bars, restaurants, Tesco, Sainsbury’s.
