One double room is currently available and another double room will be available from April in the flat which is situated in Chiswick Village, a quiet development close to Kew Bridge and all of the amenities of Chiswick High Road within a 10-15 minute walk.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Gunnersbury Tube (District Line, Overground) and 10 minutes from Kew Bridge mainline station. Night buses run nearby from Central London, and on-street parking is available with a CPZ permit.

Each room comes furnished, with bed, drawers, shelving and wardrobe. There is space for a desk or additional storage in both rooms. There is also plenty of available storage space in communal areas. We rent directly from the landlady, so no estate agency middlemen.

We have a shared kitchen, living room and a West-facing balcony which offers beautiful sunset views. Chiswick Village also has a communal central green with BBQs.

The living room is spacious and has 2 sofas, plenty of shelving and a TV unit, as well as a dining area that functions as a WFH space if needed. During non-lockdown times friends and visitors are always welcome.

I'm very open-minded about prospective new flatmates and over a decade of living in London has made me well house-trained! I tend to be fairly quiet but friendly and respectful, with a good balance between interaction and alone time. I'm a freelancer so even outside of the pandemic, I am at home most of the time.

Bills come to roughly £90 each per month on average, with small seasonal variations based on heating needs etc.

I understand that in-person viewings may not be a preference during lockdown conditions. I'm happy to arrange video viewings of the flat/room over Facetime or Skype etc.
