Large house in Chiswick seeks third flatmate

The house

Its a large three storey, four bedroom house in Chiswick.

Five minutes walk to the tube and the main cafes/shops of this exceptional area of London.

The house has plenty of shared areas: a large kitchen/breakfast room, small back secluded patio, a dining room and living room.
The top floor will be for the exclusive use of the final tenant, as the single bedroom will not be let. The room is a medium sized double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

And the ground floor the shared areas.

It is a lovely house. And there is street parking.

The one flatmate works in boutique hotel purchases and development and other for Foxtons. Both are easy going, quiet, clean/tidy and very friendly, who would get on with someone of any age group very easily.

Ideal flatmate is someone that wants a home, rather than a room, someone sociable - so not adverse to a shared meal and a glass of wine on occasion. But also happy to do there own thing.
