Double room in amazing flat with swimming pool

I am now looking for a new flatmate to share this perfect two bed flat in Chiswick.

The flat is 10 minutes walk from Chiswick Park or Gunnerbury Tube stops and 15 mins walk from Chiswick train station. It's located in a great block of flats that has shared gardens and an outdoor swimming pool during the summer months.

The flat itself is perfect for sharing. The two bedrooms are at either end of the flat giving you loads of privacy. The flat itself is bright, modern (although keeping a retro quality!) and quiet. The bathroom has a bath and rainfall shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. As you can see from the photos some of the walls are a bit bare at the moment so pictures are welcome! Photos don't really do it justice so definitely come and view.

The bedroom available has a wardrobe and bed provided. But the flat was part furnished when I started rented so there's no bedside table etc.

As for me, I work as a Civil servant in Westminster. I'm friendly and pretty quiet. I spend a lot of time running (usually training for some marathon or another) and reading, also a season ticket holder down the road at Fulham FC. I love to travel, recent trips including Madagascar and Kenya. I'm pescatarian but don't mind meat eaters.

I'm looking for someone professional, similar age, clean, friendly but definitely not a party animal.

I'm in a slightly unusual situation in that my old flatmate moved out just before lockdown. So I negotiated a temporary lease to live here by myself. So if you liked the flat we'd have make an offer, but the landlord will give me first refusal. The rent previously was 1650 split a month (old roomate paid bit more than me, as my room much smaller, less storage, but i'm open to swapping rooms if needed)

Bills- the hot water/heating is included in rent. Other energy costs are about £30 a month or less. Water is about £27. Council tax around £150. Plus internet. All split between the two of us. Roughly £120 each a month.
