Current housemates are a male 36 years old who has lived here for 4 years (photographer/retoucher) and a female 28 years old who works as a translator for television. Existing roommate moving out as has bought his own house.

The flat is friendly, warm and cozy, and more importantly welcoming. We often watch TV and sometimes have meals together, but we also enjoy our own space and respectful of one another.

The available large double bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, a large set of drawers and access to balcony. The room has recently been re-decorated.

The shared living room is spacious and homely with balcony overlooking shared private gardens.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, washer and tumble dryer.

Shared bathroom and separate WC.

All bills included. Housemates split the cost of Wi-Fi and cleaning products.
