Double Room In Chiswick

Large unfurninshed double room (rest of flat is furnished, however as many people want furnished can be flexible and get some furniture for it! ) in flat share with one other female. Great transport links, near to the riverside and pubs. I have 3 cats they are outdoors. Will happily accept another furry friend if you have one. I enjoy watching movies with a glass of wine, going to the local pub for a drink. Cooking for friends. Cannot beat a Roast on a Sunday! Rent is 700 pcm plus 100 Bills.
Not a party maniac but I do enjoy being social.
however I also respect own space as I hope my new flat mate would for me as well.
Chiswick is one really decent place to live, I've been here for many years and I love it! We are 10 minutes from the riverside which is stunning, 6 minutes from Chiswick House and Gardens, and 5 minutes from the mainline station which is 20 mins ride from Waterloo. Chiswick has everything to offer, from shops to bars and restaurants (which hopefully we will be able to frequent again soon!) I also have a car and more than happy to give rides for weekend food shops etc. We have a street with little shops and takeaways just around the corner and a lovely little pub/wine bar too. It's very West London leafy Chiswick!
The flat has a little balcony and is Ground floor, there are private communal gardens as well. Have a look and see what you think!
