Double Ensuite in a Modern Flat in Chiswick

Hi All,

Our lovely flatmate is moving out of his amazing room in mid September to pursue a masters degree. As we don't know when all of this lockdown stuff is over, I thought I would start looking now for our new potential flatmate.

About the flat:

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom flat on two floors. The flat has a a modern kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), separate garden. and separate living room- so tons of space!

About the room:

Double ensuite: 850 pcm and comes to around 917 with all bills

You will have your own bathroom with a shower, tub, and two sinks. Your room also has a 4X wardrobe so perfect if you have tons of clothes and shoes.

About us:

We are two 23 year old young professionals working in the city. I'm american and Lily is english. We are super easy going and are very clean (but you know- not in a weird way). We want to be able to be friends with the new flatmate- but we all have our own stuff going on too. We want this to be a social home, but that everyone respects each other's space. Our hobbies include eating, drinking, and saying we are going to go on runs, but not actually going.

The area:

So before moving here, I thought Chiswick was so far. It actually takes me less time to get to work now than living in my previous vauxhall flat. We are next to 3 tubes, an overground, and a national rail. Not to mention there are 4 grocery stores less than 5 minutes walk in every direction. There are also 3 amazing parks nearby and also the thames path which is lovely to stroll on.
