I am leaving at the end of Feb but can be flexible for the right person! I am looking for a professional female. You will share with one other female - Toni :-) She’s 36 and works as an administrator (currently working from home like many of us!) She is looking to share the flat with a like minded person who is clean, tidy, considerate, likes to have chats and the odd glass of wine. This has been my home for the last few years and Toni is also looking for a homey vibe rather than just a room for rent. She also likes alone time as well and will respect yours. Interests include cooking , eating, gym, walks, Netflix etc! I am happy to put you in touch with her if you’re are interested in the flat!

It’s a 2 bed flat situated in a great location in between Kew Bridge and Chiswick. Also a stones throw away from Brentford.

The room comes with a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. There’s a nice bathroom with a power shower, a kitchen which has just had a brand new cooker fitted and a spacious living area. There is a also a shared garden available to use. The flat is fitted with a inbuilt security system so you can see who is at the door before you let them in. There is also a code to enter the property that residents use. The building is really safe and quiet and we have never had any issues here. The neighbourhood is families or couples.

The nearest tube station is Gunnersbury Station which is on the District Line (less than 10 mins walk) with Kew Bridge Overground just across the road (less than 5 mins walk). There is also a bus stop right outside the flat which is very handy. Parking is also available to residents. There’s Sainsbury's Express only a few minutes away or you can walk into Chiswick where you will find the big supermarket as well as an M&S and Waitrose. There’s also lots of nice restaurants and pubs nearby along the river which is great in the summer time, as well as lots of green spaces in walking distance such as Chiswick House and Gardens, and Kew Gardens.

The room rents for £710 pcm.
Bill are usually around £100 - £110 per month per person.

Deposit is £819.23

You will need to pass referencing and have completed Right 2 Rent checks before you move in which is completed by the Street Group who also maintain the building and will come and fix/replace anything in the flat or building that may be faulty.
