We’re Josh & Dom looking for a new housemate to join us after our long term mate is leaving now.

Available from start of July 2023 (possible last week of June on request)

Room

Second floor flat, the room comes with a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and a fitted slat blinds for the windows. The room door is lockable with your own key.

Furnished with a bed, double mattress, under bed storage, chest of draws, two mirrors and full length radiator. There are also many plug sockets, tv aerial port and USB sockets.

Bathroom

The bathroom (shared with one) includes a sink with cupboard space, shower, toilet, towel radiator, built-in light mirror and two shaver style plug sockets.

The House

This fantastic split level apartment offers two modern bathrooms, a good size bright living room/kitchen area with tv (with Chromecast, Netflix & Amazon Prime). We’ve also bought a new larger 4 person L-shape sofa that isn’t in the video, but is in a picture.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with two fridge freezers (you would have a your own fridge and area in the shared freezer), microwave, gas hob & oven, dishwasher, washer/ dryer and plenty of storage space. There is also an intercom system to speak to the front door.

Also no live in landlord - however he is very friendly and helpful when we have needed him in the past.

Transport

There are many transport links, with Gunnersbury station (offering District line and Overground, plus one stop to Piccadilly line), Kew Bridge Train Station and many nearby bus stops all within minutes walk.
There is new cycle lanes in the area, connecting all the way into central.
There is on street parking available via permit and great road links for getting around and out of London quickly.

Area

We are just a couple of minutes walk from the Thames river, with great pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.
It's also is located only a short walk to the popular Chiswick high road that offers shops, supermarkets, pubs/ restaurants, fast food and plenty of entertainment.

There is also Gunnersbury Park (which hosts music festivals & recently announced immersive cinema), Chiswick House Gardens, Kew Gardens and the Thames path nearby.
We’re also walking distance from Chiswick Business park, and closely connected to Richmond.

Housemates

We're two late 20's mates. We both balance working remotely and from the office.

We enjoy cooking, watching films/ sports, playing games and getting out together when we can.
We like to get around London, meet with friends, travel and also have days around the house.
