Location: Easy access to restaurants, shops and tubes/buses in and out of town. 4 mins walk to Turnham Green (Zone 2/3) or Stamford Brook Tube Station. Close to the Hogarth Club (sports club with tennis/gym/swim etc.)

Rent: £298.00 weekly (£1,290 per calendar month) excludes bills - great opportunity.

We will ask for references, credit check, a month’s deposit (which will be insured via a Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and bike key deposit.

Private Rental: As private landlords we aim to be upfront and clear (without the surprise charges from agents). We find this route helps build an open, stronger rapport helping to make the experience a smoother one.

Holding Deposit: To reserve we will ask for 1 week's holding deposit whilst checking references (Landlord and Employer) and credit checks.
