Hi, I'm looking for a friendly and clean housemate to share a flat with 👋🏾

This flat is furnished, has 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, shared living room with a smart TV, a washing machine, a terrace, nearby permit parking spaces and an outdoor storage space.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Turnham Green station and a 10 minute walk away from Chiswick high street which has loads of small businesses, high-street shops, restaurants and pubs to enjoy. Chiswick Park and Stamford Brook station are also close by!

The room itself is a cosy single bedroom, which is currently available for £1025 all bills included (i. e. gas and electric, water, council tax and wifi/broadband)

The current contract has 12 months remaining, however if please message me to discuss if you would like to stay for a shorter period of time.

Also just to include some info about me. I love going out for dinner/ drinks and staying active in the gym too. I also enjoy my down time. I'd love to have a new flatmate who I can be friends with and go out and explore London with!

I also do have a small cat who is very quiet, well-behaved, relaxed and loves to spend the majority of his time either exploring outside or sleeping inside.
